To further strengthen our administration, we are looking for an Accountant who ensures reliable financial reporting and brings a sharp eye for operational and ecological data processing.
As an Accountant, you support the day-to-day accounting operations and help build a future-proof administration. With your analytical mindset and structured way of working, you contribute to solid financial processes that make a real impact.
As an Accountant at Quatra Sverige, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing invoices. You review outstanding supplier balances based on received invoices and credit notes.
- Managing an accurate monthly and yearly closing process, including handling various accounting entries such as bank and cash transactions, payroll bookings, inventory, and accruals.
- Delivering clear analyses and substantiations of balance sheet items, while monitoring the P&L to detect any anomalies.
- Using your sharp eye for detail and strong Excel skills to translate mass balances based on incoming and outgoing flows.
- Handling VAT and other local tax filings, and providing support during audits and tax inspections.
- Supporting local management with various ad hoc analyses and follow-ups.
- Actively contributing ideas to improve our financial and administrative processes.

What do we expect from you?
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field. A few years of experience in a similar role is a strong asset.
- You work accurately, independently, and in a structured manner, with a strong eye for detail.
- You have solid Excel skills; knowledge of Odoo or another ERP system is a plus.
- You are fluent in Swedish and have a good command of English.
- You have strong analytical skills and thrive in a fast-growing, international environment.
- Applications in English are preferred.
