As a Customer Service Representative, you are not only the point of contact for our customers and suppliers but also an important link within our planning team. Together, you ensure smooth service and an optimal customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative at Quatra you are responsible for:
- Answering and following up on incoming phone calls and emails related to collections, deliveries, invoicing, and general questions about our services and products.
- Proactively handling incoming service or quotation requests and turning them into concrete actions or commercial follow-ups.
- Creating, processing, and actively following up on quotations for new customers.
- Creating and managing customer profiles and gathering necessary information to ensure effective collaboration.
- Coordinating services and following up on customer inquiries and interventions.
- Creating interventions and communicating with customers, drivers, and planners.
- Following up with customers by phone and processing any changes to their data.

What do we expect from you?
- You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
- You have an administrative or commercial education or relevant work experience in a similar role.
- You are comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- You understand people and know how to detect, defuse, and resolve phone-related conflicts.
- You are friendly, helpful, and organized, and you work well independently as well as in a team.
