What does your job look like?
Quatra, the European market leader in collecting and recycling used cooking oil, is expanding into Sweden. To support this growth, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Telesales to help build our commercial success locally.
Based in Sweden, you will manage customer relationships, grow our Oliobox project, and develop partnerships with municipalities. You’ll use data to take action, follow trends, and spot opportunities, all while contributing to a more sustainable world.
As a Telesales at Quatra you are responsible for:
- You are the communication link between the customer and our internal teams. You maintain daily phone contact with existing customers and new leads, and you build strong relationships through clear, professional, and proactive communication.
- You manage and grow our customer portfolio by following up on inbound leads and offering extra services to existing clients.
- You negotiate confidently with customers about pricing and agreements, and you work towards clear sales targets with energy and drive.
- You follow up on customer volumes using our CRM system (Odoo) and take action to retain and strengthen customer loyalty.
- You expand the Oliobox project by reaching out to recycling centers, installing new collection points, and optimizing service based on sensor data.
